• Bankhayes is let from Saturday to Saturday: 4 pm arrival, 10 am departure. Occasionally, in off-season, weekend lets are available.
• A deposit of £100 is required on booking with the balance three weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings taken within one month of entry date will require the full balance to be paid immediately.
• We do not  require a breakages deposit but please try to leave the cottage as you have found it.
• Bed linen is provided and there is a limited number of towels: large parties would be advised to bring some of their own.
• All heating and electricity is included, with logs on the hearth if an open fire is required.
• Telephone: please use only in an emergency or by prior arrangement.
• Broadband has a usage allowance of  2.5Gb/week: anything more will incur a surcharge. Normal internet browsing and email are fine but anything requiring lots of bandwidth (video etc.) is unadvisable.
• There are food staples (salt, pepper etc.) in the cupboards. Please use any that you require but replace those items that run out.
• Dogs are allowed but owners are asked to use their discretion.
• Non-smokers preferred.
